The Sailing Instructions Appendix B has been updated to change the start time for J/80 sail #296. Her rating was changed from 120 to 126 per current PHRF certificate.

The Sailing Instructions Appendix B has been updated to include start time for Melges 24 sail #049. All other start times remain the same.
