The Organizing Authority (OA) alters NoR 2.1 to read:
2.1. A minimum of three (3) boats for the triplehanded (Sears) if applicable and five (5) boats for the other divisions are required to register and start the first race. If not, the fleet will not be sailed. The regatta shall include the following disciplines utilizing the following class compliant equipment:

7. SCHEDULE
Day 1, Friday, June 9
- 0900 – 1800 Borrowed boat orientation
- AVAILABILITY TO LAUNCH AND PRACTICE – A SAFETY BOAT WILL BE ON THE WATER
- 1400 – 1800 Registration
Day 2, Saturday, June 10
- 1255 First Warning for Racing
All other items in the schedule remain unchanged.

The Organizing Authority (OA) alters NoR 5.2 to read:
5.2 Registrations shall be submitted on-line no later than 11:59:59PM (CDT), June 5, 2017. Late registration be open until 10AM (CDT), June 10, 2017 and will carry a late fee of 35% of the initial class registration fee.
