Race rescored as boats were at the last gate...this was done in lieu of all 3 boats that sailed a course 2 filing redress due to equipment malfunction of the course card inverting due to the wind which exposed an inverted course 2 to the approaching fleet..a course 1 had been the intentionally signaled course and was also broadcast over the VHF but not all boats carry radios. We discussed with the competitors where they were and how they felt they would have finished. Their recollection confirmed what we saw from the signal boat so the room was avoided...
