This is an Open Event for all Portsmouth and PHRF monohulls and multihulls. The course will be in the Any Which Way format in which after a boat passes through an initial gate may complete the course by rounding marks in any order. Course will have defined start / finish line. Approxaimate length of course will be +/ 5.0 nm .
