The organizing authority is the Augusta Sailing Club at Strom Thurmond Lake at Clarks Hill.
Racing is open to any dingy with a current Portsmouth handicap rating. The fleet will be divided into two fleets:
- CastleberryRobertson Trophy fleet for dinghies with a Portsmouth DPN below 95 and the
- Commodore’s Cup Fleet for dinghies with a Portsmouth DPN of 95 and above.
