    All,
We have been working diligently since December 12 to figure out the best and safest way to run the second half of the Frostbite Series. We used Hangover Bowl as a "test" and discovered several issues. We have worked through these resulting in a far from perfect but operational solution.

On Wednesday morning of this week several new opportunities presented themselves, and thanks to the NSHOF we will finish the 2nd half of Frostbite off that general location. Boats will be encouraged to tie up to the NSHOF docks and enjoy lunch between races at the interim AYC Dock St. location. AYC blue tickets may be used and additional tickets will be available for purchase.

To do so we need for everyone to fill out the attached form and email back to lambrose@annapolisyc.org if you plan on docking downtown on any Sunday during the 2nd half of Frostbite - you only need to complete this form once! Note that this grants the privilege of "looking" at your boat from the docks only. A layout of the NSHOF docks is available on the Frostbite pages of the AYC Racing site. Please note that you may dock & raft on any of the NSHOF docks (not DNR's dock which is located on the North side).

We will also be amending the Sailing Instructions and updating you on protest drop-off and hearing locations. Add snow, ice and the predicted lack of wind this Sunday has resulted in the decision to cancel this Sunday's race. Look for the amendment to the SI the first of next week. The long range outlook for February 7th is positive. We look forward to returning to Frostbite Racing that day and showing off the new AYC Dock St. Clubhouse!

    Thanks,
