Throughout the month of April, utilizes sailing as an educational platform, challenge youth to embrace education, establish a love of learning and explore productive Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) based careers. Combining educators, sailing instructors, engineers, scientists with today’s youth to provide them with a one of a kind authentic learning experience, giving students the opportunity to apply classroom learning in a cooperative work environment. This is a month long program for youth whose schedules are open during the weekends. It is a full day program during the month of April. Each Saturday teaches two different sailing concepts over the five week program. Ages: 14-18, must be a High School student or going into 8th grade. Time: 830am - 5pm Cost: $400 for 5 weeks Bring your own lunch and water bottle.
