The sixteen hour, two day on-the-water course is for anyone at least twelve years of age who wants to learn how to safely operate a powerboat or improve their on-the-water boat handling skills. No experience is necessary. Topics will be covered using a variety of techniques in the classroom and dockside, emphasizing on-the-water practical application of all skills. The course fee is $325 and includes all course materials, classroom and on-the-water training and, upon successful completion the course and written exam, a US Power boating Safe Powerboat Handling Certificate.
