About Event

The 2017 Lauderdale Olympic Classes Regatta will be held January 14-16. This event grew out of the annual Finn Midwinter and Women’s Laser Radial North Americans that Lauderdale Yacht Club has hosted since 1982. This regatta is a great warm up for competitors coming to the Sailing World Cup Miami.

    In this first year of the Olympic quadrennial, because LOCR is not an international qualifying regatta this year, there will be no international jury, and there will be no judges on the water to enforce rule 42.
