This is a pursuit-start regatta organized by the Palm Beach Sailing Club. The regatta will be governed by the “Rules” as defined in the current Racing Rules of Sailing (Rules), the rules of PHRF of Southeast Florida, and the rules of any One Design classes competing, this Notice of Race, and the Sailing Instructions.
The race is open to all self-rescuing sailboats, minimum 15’ length overall, minimum crew of two people. All entries must carry an operating VHF radio.
All proceeds benefit the Potentia Academy, a not-for-profit private school for children with special learning needs including autism spectrum disorders http://www.potentiaacademy.org
