Please join us for the 10th Annual "Feed the Need" Regatta. This is a wonderful way to start off the summer sailing season for all sailors. (However, there is NO Green Fleet but we have added the FS Feva class.)

The PBYC membership takes great pride in making the "Feed the Need" Regatta a fun and pressure-free experience for the kids, so please encourage all your sailors to support this wonderful event. 

The great tradtion surrounding this regatta is the massive donations of non-perishable food items for our local food bank.  We realize how fortunate we are to have our children enjoy sailing lessons during the summer. But there are countless families throughout Ocean County that struggle each day to put food on their tables. The “Feed the Need” Regatta encourages all participating sailors (and clubs) to bring non-perishable food items as a donation for the St. Vincent de paul Society Food Pantry. This is a wonderful opportunity to teach the children how important philanthropy and community involement is. As an added incentive for the kids, PBYC sponsors a pizza party for the Jr. Sailing program that donates the most items.
