The fall is one of the very best times to race on the Neuse River. This event is open to PHRF boats with current NCPHRF ratings, San Juan 21's and Pearson Ensigns. The San Juan 21's and Ensigns will sail One Design if there are at least four boats in a class otherwise they will sail together with the PHRF boats.
