This event is open to all monohull boats with a valid NC-PHRF rating and to One Design classes for Ensign and San Juan 21's. It is a fund raiser for ETYSA, the Edward Teach Youth Sailing Association. Racing will be on the wide Neuse River about four miles downstream of New Bern.
