Barnegat Breezer Hobie Class Points Regatta 21-22 July 2018 Organizing Authority HCANA Hobie Fleet 416 and Hobie Division 11 Venue: Trixie's Marina/Berkeley Island Park 305 Brennan Concourse, Bayville, NJ (www.trixieslanding.com) Eligibility: Open to all class legal Hobie Cat Waves, Hobie 14’s, Hobie 16’s, Hobie 17’s, Hobie 18’s, Hobie 20’s, Hobie Tiger and Wildcat At least one crew member must be a member of the HCANA (as per IHCA Class rule 26) The event will be governed by the rules as defined by the current ISAF Rules of Sailing, prescriptions of US Sailing and IHCA class rules. These rules may be modified by the sailing instructions. RRS 44.1 is changed so that the Two-Turns penalty is replaced by the One-Turn Penalty. ENTRY FEE: Doubled-handed $65; single handed $55; Youth Teams Free. HCANA membership will be paid by Division 11 for first time skippers. Youth defined as all crew under 21 on 31 December 2018 Registration through Regatta Networks by 18 July. Fee for Late Registration $10 21 July: Skippers Meeting 10AM, White shape 11AM 22 July White shape 1030AM, No warning signal after 3PM Accommodations: RV Parking(no hookups) and tents on site.
