Looking for a fun exciting summer camp for your child? Riverton Yacht Club invites you to take the helm for a sailing adventure on the historic Delaware River. Riverton Yacht Club (RYC) Sail Camp offers 2-week sessions of either half or full days. Riverton Yacht Club is a learn-to-sail camp for all levels of experience from beginner (never been on a boat) to those looking to practice and improve their sailing skills. All lessons are taught by qualified U.S. Sailing Instructors. It is the goal of the camp that all campers will learn to confidently handle one of our small boats but also learn about teamwork, safety, terminology, valuable problem solving techniques, and how to properly handle themselves in a variety of situations both on and off the water. We have lots of fun and campers will come home with plenty of hands-on sailing experience! Bring a friend and enjoy a summer of sailing! Sail camp is open to campers ages 7-16.
