Good afternoon. This email includes information on the Annapolis Yacht Club's response to the COVID-19 virus. Like you and your families, we are closely monitoring the development of the pandemic and the potential need to modify club operations. First and foremost, the safety of our members, guests and staff remain of the utmost importance and with input from AYC's Fleet Surgeon we have already begun to adjust the Club's schedule for both on the water and shoreside activities . Keeping this in mind we will not be running Frostbite races this coming Sunday, March 15th and have postponed the Awards Party and Trophy presentation scheduled for March 22nd. As soon as we have a date on the calendar for the Awards Party we will send a message to all registered competitors and look forward to handing out trophies for both the 2019-2020 AYC Frostbite Series as well as Hangover Bowl. While we understand that the developing situation may impact additional events we are confident that the long-term course for competitors will be back on track in the not too distant future.
