CIYC honors 2 of its avid racers from the past Bob Cooke & Neil Underwood with 2 races to choose from. The Bob Cooke Memorial fleet will have double-handed crews, ie, each boat is allowed one skipper and one crew. The Neil Underwood Memorial fleet will have 3 or more persons aboard each boat. Spinnaker class is open to boats with current PHRF ratings in either fleet.
