Change to the Sailing Instructions Delta Dash July 10, 2021 FINISH LINE The instruction “This information should be passed along to the Race Committee Chairman as soon as possible after returning to the dock.” Is changed to: All competitors will notify RC of their finish by Their boat name Their sail number GPS finish time Name of boat finishing before (if known) Name of boat finishing after (if known) texting to 804-725-8704 within 1 hour of finishing the race. PROTEST TIME is changed to: A boat wishing to protest will notify RC by texting to 703-362-9239 (a) their intent to protest, (b) the boat being protested, and (c) the rule believed to have been broken within 2 hours of the last boat finishing.
