The regatta is open to boats of the I-420 Class. All competitors must be valid members of the US I420 Class. Sailors can join or renew their membership at: https://www.usi420.org/membership/membership-types-and-fees.
Boats shall comply with the Class Rules and have a valid measurement form. The sail number shall conform to the Class Rules.
