A Fun Family Friendly Regatta
Luffing Lassies volunteers, under the auspices of and in conjunction with the Sarasota Sailing Squadron, manage this Memorial Day fun regatta.
Sarasota Youth Sailing volunteers organize the shore games to help make it a fun filled day.
The Race Around Lido is a race in name only. It is more about sailing from one venue to another, participating inshore games, eating good food, and winning silly awards. The race includes many kinds of non-motorized watercraft – sailboats of all sizes, kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, etc.
If you are looking for something fun to do this Memorial Day, please come to the Squadron and join in the fun!
