Santa Barbara Yacht Club invites the SoCal PHRF and SBYC CHRF classes to compete in the Fulmor Race; part 5 of 6 of the Wilson Offshore Series. For 2025, the race to Prisoner's Harbor will be the 'Fulmor Race' on Saturday, August 16.
For those interested, there will be the 'Homeward Bound Race' on Sunday, August 17. Competitors entering the Fulmor will be automatically entered in the Homeward Bound Race.
For those staying the night:
- We will be anchoring in Prisoners Harbor and having post-racing activities ashore. Shore shuttle is available via VHF Channel 71.
- Dinner is provided with entry fee for your crew and will be available ashore at Prisoners Harbor.
- Please be prepared for anchoring bow and stern. The intention is to have dinghies that can assist with stern anchors if necessary.
- There will be a shuttle / race committee boat at the harbor that will be available to do shuttles up until 9:30pm.
- It is recommended to bring beach towels/blankets and/or camping chairs if you would like seating while on shore.
- It is anticipated that there will be a 'support boat' that may be able to carry over coolers and / or chairs. This boat will also transport the Saturday evening dinners.
- All info for the Homeward Bound Race will be in the Fulmor / Homeward Bound Notice of Race and Sailing Instructions.
