REPLACE "required and subject to inspection" with "suggested".

11. USE OF MOTORS AFTER THE PREP SIGNAL

11.2.4 & 11.2.6 - CLARIFICATION: Boats shall not pass another boat within the SAME fender chute or passage under a bridge. This applies to ALL bridges, not just the draw bridges.
