Section 2 is hereby Amended as follows:

BBYRA Notice of Race and Sailing Instructions, Part III – Sailing Instructions: Cruising, paragraph CR6. TIME LIMIT is deleted for this event, only. The time limit for for the first boat to finish Saturday’s PHRF Pursuit Race is five (5) hours.
