Boats are provided with the hull and fixtures bolted to hull ( hiking strap, air bag strap, deck or hull mounted blocks, rudder gudgeons and mast step). Sailors must bring spars, blades, sails lines, bailers etc. Laser sailors take not we do not have radial bottom sections available, so you need to bring them along.
