2012 Sea Otter regatta hosted by Monterey Peninsula Yacht Club. The event will be held in Monterey, CA on October 13, 2012 and October 14, 2012. The sailors must be members of a current PCISA member school and meet all eligibility requirements as outlined in the NOR and Procedural Rules.
