The 2013 JAM Regatta Saturday, June 8, 2013 Edgewater Yacht Club The JAM regatta is returning to Edgewater. Its been a favored event for many years and we are thrilled at the opportunity to offer it again. We moved the Regatta to early June so it serves as an easy shakedown cruise for some, and a chance to race around the marks without the intensity of chaos at the start line for our casual racers and sailors. Tom Quick, Master Chef and Owner of Matchworks tavern is preparing a Jamaican Jerk BBQ Chicken with beans and rice after the race for our pleasure at the after race party on the pavillion. All crews are invited to chow down mon!. We be cookin. Awards will be presented for the Top 5 finishers, and the Top 3 best neck ties for the skippers.
