The WRSC Annual Regatta will be governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing 2009-2013 as adopted by US Sailing, the CBYRA rules for one-design racing, individual class rules and by the Sailing Instructions for this event. The Regatta will count toward CBYRA High Point
