The 1st annual McKay Rotary Regatta in honor of Clifford McKay, who was the first child to sail Clark Mills's Optimist Pram. Hosted in conjunction with the Clearwater Beach Rotary, they are challenging each Rotary club in the US to sponsor a youth sailor to attend the event.
