All classes will start together in a single start. Start line is between Buoy 14 and the race committe stationed on the RCYC breakwater dock. First warning signal at 12:00 noon. All classes start at 12:05. Section 10.1 of the OCSA General Sailing Instructions (relating to out-of-bounds) does not apply for this event.
