Blackbeard Sailing Club cordially invites all PHRF sailboats 19 feet and over with a current NC-PHRF rating certificate to race with us in the new First Citizens Cup Regatta. If no certificate is issued, we will use Google to find the worst rating in the country for that boat type and that will be your rating. Blackbeard Sailing Club is the Organizing Authority.
