Day 4, Race 9 - has started, 31 was OCS but cleared. Course is 145 degrees and 1.2 nm. Wind is 12-15. Bow nos. 17 & 27 mixed it up at the start with some impressive match racing, 27 got away to the right, 17 went left. |

Welcome to day 4 and the last day of racing at the 2006 J/80 World Championship Regatta in Corpus Christi Bay. The J/80s have left the marina. The Race Committee is on the bay monitoring conditions before they set the first course. The winds are reported to be 12-15 knots at 140 to 150 degrees. |
