Membership Benefits:

  • Social Membership
    • OYC Hours at The Waters -  May 23 through September 2
      • Sundays - The Waters opens at 3:00.  Sit back watch an E Scow race or two and wind down after a busy weekend.  Music begins at 4:45 and plays until 6:45. The Sunday Extravaganza experience starts Happy Hour at 5:30 with dinner being served at 6:30.  The sit-down dinners will serve the freshest seasonal food brought to you by our favorite local chefs.  Three of the Sunday Extravaganzas will be held on the 2nd floor balcony with great views of the water.  See the website for the weekly schedule and menu.
      • Monday through Wednesday   5:00 – 10:00 with food being served until 9:00
        • Monday and Wednesday, we welcome RYE to The Waters.  They will be serving gourmet fare along with some sailor favorites.  Check out the menu on the web.
      • Social Events will include:
        • May 27 – The traditional opening of the season with the Memorial Day weekend Potluck.  Pull out your favorite recipes. 
        • July 4 – Celebrating Independence Day with specialty food trucks, lively music, balloon magic and a bouncy house.  Bring your blanket to watch the best fireworks display from the comfort of The Waters.

    Racing Membership

    • Includes all social membership benefits listed above
    • Includes participation in scheduled OYC fleet races as both skipper and crew.  All racing participants sailing more than three races must be member or the boat will not be scored.
    • X Boat crew must be an OYC race members and pay and additional $50 crew fee which allows them to participate in the X Boat sailing school class.
    • Boat racing, harbor and membership fees must be paid by May 1.  After that time a $50 late penalty will be assessed.  A boat will be scored only when the membership, harbor and racing fees have been paid.

Donation to the OYC Sailing School Program - $
