HI, my name is Michelle Derible. I have been sailing competitively for over 20 years. Every type of boat from lasers, 42o's to 47 ft. keelboats.
For the last four years, I have been foredeck crew for a competitve
J-22 team, sailing out of Halifax Nova Scotia. We have placed first in three Provincial regattas and a 3rd place in 2013 Nationals last summer here in Halifax. We have also participated in Nationals in Hudson Quebec in 2011.We have continuoulsy performed well in all local regattas.
Unfortunately my skipper cannot participate in the North American Championships this May, therefore I am looking for another J-22 team who needs a crew member. I weigh 118lbs, so nice and light for the foredeck, but I can perform any role necessary on the J-22. I am willing to travel to Annapolis, and share in any costs that towards the competition.
