Hi there ladies! Just testing out the board to make sure it's working properly. If you are a crew looking for a skipper or a skipper looking for crew, this is the place to "formally" register - you can also use the Facebook group to work on private pairings, that's fine as well -- Look forward to seeing you in October - Kim

I have raced for over 10 years in Bay on boats from 22 - 43 ft, but mostly 34 and 36 ft boats. I have most experience in grinding, tailing and jib trim. I have some mainsail experience. I also have done spinnaker trim but not recently. I have been tactician but I am not that experienced in it. I have done a lot of race committee work from flags to PRO. I am a team player and respect the skipper's decisions. Suni

Hello All! Crew looking for a ride. 6 years sailing experience. Includes boats from J24, J109, J130, Beneteau Oceanis 45, Beneteau First 456, Beneteau First 18, Cal28, Santa Cruz 52, Farr 40 among others. Extremely comfortable with Mid-Bow/Mast. Know how to set up A-Sym more so than spinnaker pole. Took position of bow on Beneteau Oceanis 45 for 2021 HHSA Women’s Regatta this past June. Longest sailing trip was Transpacific Delivery on Santa Cruz 52, 17 days crossing Pacific. I live on the East coast. I plan to start traveling to compete in all women’s regattas across the U.S. Willing to pay my way and I have all of my own gear. Looking forward to hearing from you and enjoying a wonderful time for the 9th Annual Red Bra Regatta!

hey there. i've been racing here for about 10 years and have had some phenomenal teachers. up until the past two years, i raced fns with a variety of boats; with middle age comes injuries and i'm in pt right now. i usually work from the pit and have more experience on asyms than symmetricals but can hold my own there. i'm a little small (5'3" #115) for mast unless it's light, and i've only read about headsail trim and done it a few times. standing with the kite sort of freaks me out! fyi: if i'm in the pit, i might yell back. i think that's it?
