Scoring for the PHRF N class will be TOT - CR with A factor 650 and B factor 550

Following is the intended starting sequence for the Ted Osius Memorial Regatta, Sunday, June 23, 2019. 1100 First Warning Signal; 1105 J 105 Start; Thereafter, there will be gaps between each starting signal and the next class warning signal (i.e. no rolling starts). The order of class starts is intended to be: J-105; ORR-Ez; J-30; PHRF-Non Spin; Cal 25 & Alberg 30 (start together-scored separately). Changes to this intended order of start are possible. Competitors should pay careful attention to the starting signal flags and listen to notices on VHF Channel 72. The Race Committee may change to a shorter course during the sequence. If so, there will be a postponement using signal AP. 

AMMENDMENT to Sailing Instructions 8 MARKS --- PASSING MARKS: The following marks will always be Considered as passing marks and passed on the channel side at all times – Tolly Point Dolphin “1 AH” Fl G 4S 15 ft Thomas Point Shoal Light Bloody Point Bar Warning Light CORRECTION to Sailing Instructions 8 MARKS --- In addition, an orange inflatable mark may be set as the first mark of the course and designated as mark “V”. If so, the signal boat will display a magnetic course from the start/finish area to mark “V”. This changes the Sailing Instructions which had referred to this mark as Mark “M” and could be confused with the CBYRA designation for Tolly Point.
