The NOR is amended as follows:
11.2 Offshore courses will be set out in detail in the Sailing Instructions.
[The intent of this change is give the race committee the option to select a course shorter than 90 miles or a course with only two long legs and does not limit the Spinnaker fleet to sailing a 90 mile triangle.]

Registration for the Bay Pursuit Race has been extended. Late entries after the skippers meeting must stop by the Lakewood clubhouse and pick up a start Buccaneer Bash flag.

The NOR will be amended to indicate the intent that the Saturday pursuit race in Galveston Bay will be starting around 2 pm and not 11 am.
