We are fortunate to have Andy Burdick present a talk about the 75th Anniversary of Melges Performance Sailboats and the successful evolution of this family-owned boat building company of innovative sailboats in Zenda, Wisconsin. Founder Harry C. ‘Buddy’ Melges, Jr. is considered the greatest living sailor. He has won Olympic Gold and Bronze Medals, an America’s Cup title and over 60 major national and international sailing championships. Andy is an amazing sailor with two Melges 24 worlds, 30 inland lake championships, and over 40 national and North American championships We look forward to hearing from him about his leadership at Melges and hopefully some tips on competitive sailboat racing.
