Holy Toledo West Request for Redress September 26, 2024 FACTS FOUND: 1. Holy Toledo West is a Hobbie 33 that has been modified. 2. The modifications were not included on the application for an ORR-EZ certificate that was issued on May 22, 2024 3. Holy Toledo West entered the Dennis Conner Around the Coronado Isles Race on September 14, 2024. 4. The OA for the Dennis Conner Around the Coronado Isles Race was aware of the modifications and adjusted Holy Toledo West’s handicap consistent with NoR 1.4. 5. Holy Toledo West completed the race. 6. The race committee calculated the results for Holy Toledo West with both handicaps and there was no difference in her finishing position in the race. CONCLUSION: The race committee did not make an improper action or omission that made Holy Toledo West’s finishing position significantly worse in the race.
