1. Each sailor should read and review the safety instructions. Please review the NOR and the sailing instructions as well (all posted on the site). 2. We are expecting over 175 junior sailors to arrive on Saturday morning. Boat drop-off and registration will be very busy. There is no on-site parking for parents, coaches or spectators (non-NBYC members) so please review the parking instructions and allow for time to drop off boats and sailors and find off-street parking. There is plentiful parking near NBYC however, parents are cautioned to obey the town parking laws. Trailers for 420's,lasers, and Opti's may be stored in the rear parking lot of NBYC however all spectator trailers must be stored off-site. 3. There is specific instructions for drop off and storage of spectator boats on the Regatta Network website (under race documents). All spectator boats must register at NBYC office. You must provide the boat registration number (a requirement of our harbor master). We will make every effort to provide dockage (free of charge) for all spectator boats 19ft in length or less. 4. Spectator boats, while on the water, please obey all of the HARBOR RULES. Our harbor is a NO WAKE ZONE and the Harbor Master will be patrolling and will pull over and board boats who are not in compliance. 5. We will be providing lunch on the water on Saturday (turkey sandwich, chips, cookie and apple slices) to all sailors. Should a sailor have a peanut allergy, they SHOULD NOT eat the cookie. Also, if a sailor needs a vegetarian option, please notify the registration person at check-in. 6. We will be providing each sailor with a refillable water canteen so that we can reduce the number of plastic water bottles used. There will be water refill stations located on site for sailors to refill their water canteens. 7. This year we are offering tech shirts for sale during the regatta. We have a limited number of tech shirts for sale. The tech shirts will be $30 each. We will accept cash, check or credit cards.
