Less daylight, shorter courses - but add flat water and a very usable southerly and it's a great night. Most went left looking for the flood's lift, and found it. Breeze seemed steady, that and the short legs made making up ground with a flyer pretty much impossible. Cowbell OCS and Defiant demonstrating all things wrong with a symmetrical providing the only sideshows. 23 yachts started. 23 yachts finished. Even with the daylight handicap, one of the better nights of 2025.
