You are signing up for a three hour Adult Introduction to Sailing Class
Classes May Include
- Rig the boat
- Leaving the dock
- Hoist the sails
- Sailing to weather
- Sailing downwind
- Safe practices
- Boat handling skills
- Sailing terms
- Simple navigation
What do I need to bring
- Bottled Drinking Water, Sun Block
- Hat, Sunglasses with leash
- Tennis Style Shoes (Bare feet or Sandles are not permitted)
- If you have your own life jacket you are welcome to bring it (please label) otherwise SSC will provide a life jacket
Everyone is required to wear a Life Jacket (PFD – Personal Floatation Device) at all times when on the water, in boats or on the docks.
