Please enter my boat in the Changing of the Colors Regatta. I have read the Notice of Race and (RRS M1.2 [4]) I agree to be bound by The Racing Rules of Sailing and by all the other rules that govern this event, the J/24 Class Rules and attest that my boat, crew and I meet all of the requirements for participation and that the information given here is correct. I acknowledge that under RRS 4 Decision to Race. A boat is solely responsible for deciding whether or not to start or to continue racing. Upon signing this entry, I agree that neither I nor any of my crew shall hold the Lake George Club, the Race Committee or any regatta officials liable for any damages to my boat, or for injury or loss of life to my crew or myself as a result of my actions or the actions of any other participant. I warrant that this boat is adequately insured by a reputable insurance carrier in sufficient amounts to insure my personal property and to provide reasonable liability coverage for damage or injury to other property or persons.
