This is a release and Indemnity Agreement. I hearby give up all rights to sue the Sunken Bridge Yacht Club and its event organizers, the promoters, sponsors conected with this event. I know the risks of danger to myself and property while preparing for and participating in the event and while upon event premises. I assume all such risks and hereby agree to reimburse all costs to those persons or organizations connected with this event for damages incurred by myself due to negligence.
