I understand that sailing can be a hazardous activity with inherent risk of damage and injury. I am participating in this Event voluntarily and entirely at my own risk, and I accept full responsibility for any injury to myself or damage to my property sustained as a result of my participation in this Event. I hereby waive any rights I may have to sue the Columbia Gorge Racing Association, the Port of Cascade Locks, the City of Cascade Locks, the instructors, officials, sponsors, volunteers or any other organization or person involved with this Event (“Organizers”) with respect to personal injury or property damage suffered by myself as a result of my participation in this Event and hereby release the Organizers from any liability for such injury or damage to the fullest extent permitted by law. I understand this document has important legal consequences, and my signature below means that I have read, understood, and agree to the above terms and conditions.
