PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL AHSEP SESSIONS HAVE LIMITED CAPACITY, AND ENROLLMENTS ARE GRANTED IN THE ORDER THAT COMPLETED FORMS AND PAYMENT ARE RECEIVED. IF A SESSION YOU DESIRE IS AT FULL CAPACITY, IT WILL NOT BE SHOWN AS AN OPTION UNDER "Event Fees" BELOW ON THIS REGISTRATION FORM. IF YOU WISH TO BE PUT ON A WAITLIST FOR A SESSION THAT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, PLEASE EMAIL ahsep01@gmail.com WITH A REQUEST AND THE SPECIFIC SESSION FOR WHICH YOU WISH TO BE WAITLISTED. WAITLIST PRIORITY WILL BE BASED ON THE ORDER IN WHICH SUCH EMAILED REQUESTS ARE RECEIVED.

REFUND POLICY: Any cancellations of registration prior to the start of a session will result in only a partial refund of payments received, less 10% for processing and other fees that AHSEP incurs for utilizing the Regatta Network registration tool. This includes cancellations by the registrant or cancellations required to be made by AHSEP for any cause, including but not limited to, facility-related limitations, pandemic shut down orders or other unforeseen circumstances or forces of nature. Also, if registered and after a session has started, we will not refund for individually missed classes. On ‘No Sail Days’ where conditions are not conducive to sailing because of unfavorable weather, no wind, etc. the instructors will organize appropriate on-water, virtual or on-land activities with proper social distancing and sanitation measures taken into account. If the weather forecasts suggest heavy rains/winds that would prevent safe sailing or other on-land activities and require the sailors to meet in close proximity under covered structures, ASHEP will send a notice out to cancel or delay a class. If we are able to make this call prior to class starting, we will ask that the sailors do not show up at all or until a certain time. Similarly, if weather conditions unexpectedly deteriorate after a session has started, we will notify all parents/guardians requesting them to immediately pick up their sailor(s).

PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTIONS BELOW AND/OR VISIT THE AHSEP WEBSITE HOMEPAGE at www.ahsep.org TO DETERMINE THE CORRECT LEVEL UNDER WHICH TO REGISTER YOUR SAILOR.

Students who have completed multiple AHSEP courses and are comfortable sailing solo and competing in sailboat racing should register as Intermediate.
