Registration for Waccamaw Sailing Club : Hobie Island Waccamaw Weekend

Before you begin, a couple of important points:

FIRST, please opt-in to text messages from the website.

Why? We may use email to communicate certain news, notice posting, and related information before the event. We may use texting similarly during the event. You'll be better informed.

Here's how:

Make sure to fill in your 'Cell Phone Number'! This is a separate field under your 'Phone Number*'.
Check the box: 'Allow text messages from event organizer' option under your cell phone number

And SECOND, please load the 'US SAILING Portsmouth Code' field.

Why do we ask this of you? It's simple: scoring! We need these handicap numbers -- even for level one-design classes -- for the ability to record actual finish times and then show corrected times in results.

Here's how :

This is down in the form in the 'Boat Information' section
You can't actually type in your code, you must instead...
Click on the '[Lookup Code]' link under the greyed field that's labeled 'US SAILING Portsmouth Code'
A popup window will prompt you to...
Select your boat Class/Type. (Monohull owners will select Centerboard or Keelboat or Offshore, as applicable)
Then locate your boat code alphabetically and select it with a click

The alpha code AND the boat's DPN will be auto-filled from the current database, and then the pop-up will close.

It's easier than it sounds, and the scoring team really thanks you!

Insurance is recommended but not required.

PFDs are required to be worn at all times by skippers and crew upon leaving shore or dock
