NOTICE: In consideration of your acceptance of my entry, I hereby agree to the following conditions and certify that the statements made herein are true as follows:
1. I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) and by all other rules that govern this event.
2. I certify that my boat complies with the US Sailing Safety Equipment Regulations or ORCA Equipment List, as described in the NORs
and SIs.
3. Any contestant may request to inspect my boat before or after the race under the jurisdiction of the Race Committee.
4. I hereby release PBYC, SBSC, their officers, agents, committee persons, and sponsors from any and all liability for any injury to myself, crew, or boat arising out my participation in this series to the extent that such release does not discharge my insurance carrier under the provisions of the insurance policies on my vessel.
5. I assume any risk of injury or death arising out of my participation in the series, failure or breakage of my vessel or any of its equipment, or weather conditions.
6. The information contained herein is not considered confidential or proprietary, and may be released in any manner and for any purpose.
7. I understand that photos taken at this event may appear in publications.
