The regatta is open to all members of US SAILING, other National Governing Body, members of recognized yacht clubs, an Inter-Lake Yachting Association affiliated organization, Cleveland Sailing Association or members of recognized sailing associations.
Women’s Division: Open to boats with all woman sailors. PHRF (spinnaker) fleet is offered. One male boat owner/designee may be on board but cannot assist in the helming or crewing of the boat and must remain centerline. A minimum of 5 boats must register for a fleet.
Double Handed JAM Division: Open to boats to be crewed by no more than 2 (two) people. A minimum of 5 boats must register for a fleet.
Trophy Race -- Races will be offered for PHRF (spinnaker) and JAM rated boats. The Race Committee Chairman, at its sole discretion, whose decision is final and without appeal, shall determine eligibility and placement within divisions for the Cruising Classes. PHRF- LE (LakeErie) or PHRF-SS (South Shore) ratings shall be used when available to determine handicaps for PHRF and JAM classes.
If racing in events on both Friday and Saturday, Please designate your "Desired Class" for the Princess Pat Trophy Race (Saturday) only! Select the correct payment for all of the races you intend to participate in.

I, the undersigned with the right of ownership or other legal possession of the above named boat, agree that all competitors who race said boat will abide by the 2021-2024 International Sailing Federation Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS); the prescriptions of the United States Sailing Association (US SAILING); the rules of any class I specify; except as any of these may be changed by the Princess Pat Notice of Race and/or the Sailing Instructions and/or any amendments hereafter by the Race Committee. I ALSO DO HEREBY WAIVE, RELEASE AND CANCEL ANY AND ALL CLAIMS WHICH I MAY OR HEREAFTER HAVE AGAINST FOREST CITY YACHT CLUB, OR ITS OFFICERS, TRUSTEES, EMPLOYEES, RACE OFFICIALS AND ANY COMMITTEE PERSONS WHICH DO OR DOES ARISE OUT OF MY PARTICIPATION OR UNDERTAKING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PRINCESS PAT RACE(S), EXCEPT FOR ACTS WHICH ARE NOT RELATED TO OR NECESSARY FOR THIS EVENT. I will obtain and maintain appropriate liability insurance for damage or injury caused by my actions or negligence and, I have read and understand Fundamental RRS 4 as to my being responsible for deciding whether or not to start or to continue racing.
