Registration for Kelowna Yacht Club : Commodore’s Cup U35 Invitational Regatta

PHRF Fleet assignments will be determined by Race Committee upon close of registration.

Please remember that the Sail Canada number is not required for the Kelowna Yacht Club Open Racing. If you do not know your Sail Canada Number feel free to leave that field blank.
Register your vessel as if you will be the skipper for the regatta. The skipper information will be updated prior to the start of the regatta for proper recording.

Insurance and Waivers:
I hereby acknowledge that I carry $2,750,000 liability insurance, that I have read the rules and regulations for these events, and be bound by them. In consideration of acceptance of this registration, I agree to save harmless and keep indemnified the Kelowna Yacht Club, its organizers and their representative agents, officials, servants and representatives against all claims, actions, costs, expenses, and demands in respect to death, injury, loss, or damage to my person or property, howsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with my taking part in these events notwithstanding that the same may have contributed to or caused or occasioned by the negligence of same bodies, or any of their agents, officials, servants or representatives. I further understand and agree that this release is binding upon myself, my heirs, executors, and assigns.

COVID & Safety:
I acknowledge that I have read the rules and regulations and the COVID-19 safety plan on the KYC website. I acknowledge and understand the following: (1) Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist; (2) I knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, even if arising from the negligence or fault of the Released Parties.

Refunds and Cancellations:
Refunds and/or cancellations will be accepted up to 17:00 PDT on Friday, August 8, 2025. All refunds and/or cancellations will be subject to a $25.00 administration fee. Any refunds/or cancellations processed after Friday, August 8, 2025, will be subject to a 100% charge of the overall fee.
