As a condition of my entry and being fully knowledgeable of the risks of sailing as a competitive sport, I agree to hold harmless the Venice Sailing Squadron, the Venice Yacht Club, the Race Committee, and their officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from all damages, losses, claims, suits, actions, expenses or liabilities which directly or indirectly arise from my participation in this regatta.
I agree that my crew and my guests are my responsibility, and I agree to be bound by the racing Rules of Sailing and by other rules that govern this event. I agree that, while on property, I, my crew, and my guests will abide by the rules and regulations of the Venice Yacht Club. I agree that any alcoholic beverages not purchased from Venice Yacht Club will only be consumed aboard my boat and not on Venice Yacht Club property.
I agree that the West Florida PHRF Rating Certificate filed with this entry is a true copy of my valid Rating Certificate and that no changes have been made to my yacht that would affect her rating.
I grant the Venice Yacht Club and Venice Sailing Squadron the right in perpetuity to make, use and show, from time to time at their discretion, any photographs, motion pictures and live, taped, or filmed television and other reproductions made of me, boat, crew and guests during the period of the competition without compensation.
